HEALING CIRCLE OBJECTIVES:

• Learn all about grounding, the ultimate protection from all energies that you do not desire and the place of nourishment for life.  
• Discover your elixir that the earth is calling for you to receive to support and help heal you.
• Learn (3) grounding routines to deepen your connection to mother earth that leave you in a calming, peaceful resting state.  
• Learn all about the spine and the role of the central channel in connecting you with heaven and earth and clearing trauma and energy blocks. 
• Once grounded, we can manifest like the best.  Let me show you how.  Plant the seed and watch it bloom into something miraculous.  

We will spend the first hour of each day learning and we will be working with each other in the role of healer and healee for the remainder of each day.
